Before you order: check the Page logged out
Facebook mixes personal profiles and Pages, and a personal profile shows public followers only with professional mode turned on. Open your Page or profile in a private browser window, or ask someone who does not follow you to look. If you run a shop Page, do this before your holiday sale posts go up, not after.
- Post audience set to Public, the globe icon next to the date: this matters for likes and views.
- A Page, or a personal profile with professional mode on: followers need one of the two.
- A stable Page username: changing it mid-order breaks the link.
- Current profile picture and cover photo that read well on a phone.
- An About section that covers what you do, where to find you and how to get in touch.
Followers, likes or views on Facebook
Facebook followers if you are thinking about the Page or professional profile as a whole; the count sits under the name.
Facebook likes if the focus is a post or the Page. Read the service page for the link it needs, because post likes and Page likes are separate counters on Facebook.
Facebook views for a video that is already published; the count shows on the video.
Keep in mind that Page likes and Page followers are not the same list: someone can like a Page without following it, and the other way round. For longer videos on a channel of their own, compare our YouTube services.
The link to paste
For a post, use Share, then Copy link, or open the post and copy the address bar. For a Page, facebook.com followed by its username is enough. Short video links that Facebook generates should be opened in a browser first; copy the full address that appears.
Before paying, open the link in a window where you are not logged in. If Facebook shows the content there, the audience is set correctly. Then check the link once more on the summary screen, since we cannot fix a wrong one on our own.
Paying by card, and the refill period
The USD price on the package is what Stripe charges. A card in another currency is converted by your bank, possibly with a fee set by your card terms.
Refill covers drops within the period shown on the package. It does not cover a post with a restricted audience, deleted content or a changed username.
Honest limits
We do not quote delivery times. Processing starts after the payment is confirmed and the order is checked, and its length depends on the package and the quantity. We do not promise post reach, shares or messages; Meta decides how Facebook distributes content.
